Your key roles:

About the role:

We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer who can join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. IT Support Engineer at Telio designs, configures, and supports internal and/or external desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and phone systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting server issues and network performance. The candidate will maintain all systems, applications, security, network configurations, endpoints and offer outstanding support to end users. In addition, the candidate will recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment and provides technical support and guidance to users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring and maintaining IT systems for office and warehouses;
• Identify, diagnose and support computer problems, advise on system upgrades or replacement equipment;
• Set up internal network/server systems for office and warehouses that are always operated stably (DC server system, Synology NAS storage, modem configuration, wifi, switch, network devices, etc. .);
• Repair hardware devices, office equipment: computers, printers, fax, phones, wifi, cameras, NAS,...;
• Work with suppliers on warranty and maintenance issues of technology equipment;
• Coordinate with other departments and ready to assist when required;
• Work under the direction of superiors.

Candidate background:

• Graduated from College or higher majors: IT, Network Administration, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering,... or at least 1 year experience in similar positions;
• Priority: international certificates CCNA, MCSA, MCSE,...;
• Acknowledge about the computer hardware system, have knowledge of security, backup, server configuration, NAS,...;
• Have problem solving skills, teamwork skills, dynamism and discipline;
• Basic English requirement.
