Position: Product Analyst

Reports To: Chief Product Officer

Location:  Floor 6, VAD building, 154 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi

Working time:  Monday - Friday

Your key roles:

As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with the product and business teams and turn business questions into data analysis, and provide relevant recommendations on strategy.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Undertake exploratory data analysis projects to achieve better understanding of business and discover key insights regarding optimization and growth opportunities
  • Help identify and define the appropriate key metrics for specific projects
  • Design and run experiments, analyse the resulting data, and communicate results with other teams
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build analytics as well as predictive models.


Candidate background:

  • 2+ years of experience in data + time series analysis, and has experience of working with both structured and unstructured data
  • Experience in analysing conversion funnels
  • Fluency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, google docs, and SQL
  • Prior experience with business intelligence and visualization tools
  • Prior experience with a programming language (preferable but not required).
