Job Responsibilities:
From business and workforce plan, a senior talent acquisition executive is in charge of following tasks:
- Make a plan for recruitment plan fulfill the right candidates on hiring vacancies on time, incharge back office , tech and senior level and orther assigned job.
- Defining where suitable talents are. Do sourcing and attract candidates by using
databases, social media, etc.
- Approach and attract suitable candidates using varieties of hiring channels.
- Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, input
CVs in the HR system, interview candidates, recap to Managers, collect employee
documents, and generate offer letters.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to recruiting sites and social media
- Onboard new employees.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to Managers.
- Especially for Senior TAs, you are expected to act as business partners with in-charged departments, which means that receive not only hiring requests but also keep track of staffing status and other affairs related to human resources and business growth
- Promote the company’s culture and branding by joining external events and operating
internal events, or other related tasks required by Head of TA or BOD
- Other activities of the HR Department.
Specific Requirements:
- Having 3 years in talent acquisition, prefer working experience in recruiting FMCG/Healthcare/Retail or related industry
- Having experience in recruiting high level job
- Very proactive and result-oriented
- Excellent execution with a logical thinking mindset
- Basic English communication
- Strong communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic, independent, team player, and flexible.
- Holding a Bachelor‘s degree in related fields is an advantage.
